Ambrosia:The food of the gods, thought to confer immortality.

Support Wikipedia!
Ambrosia:That word has its origins in Greek Mythology.

Do Gods need food too?
If so, what kind of food would/do they prefer?
Who would prepare/prepares that for them?
Who would serve/serves them?
What would be their gastronomic preferences?
Such questions followed immediately, after I made a conscious effort to understand the very thought of Gods and their appetites, based on the meaning of the word Ambrosia.
We coined that word with a definite meaning aeons ago.
Ever since then we have also been offering to God our obeisance accompanied by food articles both raw and cooked as well.
As Ambrosia.

Do Gods get to consume that food?
As humans we can only wonder and ponder on that aspect.
Once we are done with that, we can surmise and arrive at some illogical conclusion.
What would that conclusion possibly be?
Illogically speaking!

I have no idea.

Without the above exercise, to me and my logic on the other hand..what Gods get to consume, narrows down to the feeling of Love! that accompanies with all that we get to offer to Gods.
Love is what Gods get to consume ultimately.
We do offer a lot of hymns, sweets, sacrifices, fruits, incense etc. as humans, to please/appease the Gods.
We try as much as we can to cater to all their possible senses.
As that makes a lot of sense to us.
We imagine them too having as many senses as we have, if not more.
We relate in this way with the almighty in temples, churches, mosques, and other places of worships all over the globe.

While doing that, as a diversified and wide spread mankind,we have one common thread too...Prayer.
As a purpose...to thank him for anything and every thing.
Prayer is itself an act of kindness and love.
Love is a very powerful reciprocal medium too.
A very effective one.
When we know or get to know that God loves us,we know that every thing is okay.

Love in minuscule measures has the capability to traverse long distances.
A little bit of love can go a long, long way.
Thats precisely what Prayers help us accomplish.

God resides in each and every one of us.
We are aware of that fact too.
There fore, while we are offering all kinds of food as Ambrosia; to our Gods, let us also look at what we get to offer to Gods residing within fellow human beings, once in a while.
As Ambrosia!

Love and Kindness.
How often do we offer these two, to one and all, we live and breathe with?
Does it take a great effort to do so?
Does it require formal corporate training?
Is there a university degree that makes it possible?
No!
It is inherent in us as a Gift from Gods who created us.

Nothing much is needed to do just that.
All we need to do is to recognize that fact and respect diligently get to implement  it in our day to day activities.
As Humans with other Humans.
All we need to do is act in kindness and with love and respect to him/her remembering the fact that the omnipresent God, is also residing within him/her.
That act and feeling of Kindness and Love is all that Gods look forward to.

As, an act of Love and Kindness may not change the course of history, but if it changes the course of someones life, it's worth it...in the Eyes of the creator.
Through this very act we are helping God do his daily chores.
Chores that God does, only through the medium of Love.
By joining him, we are also Loving his Love.
For one and all.
Big or Small.

That is The food that Gods cherish and Nourish.
Love...Alias Ambrosia.

Lets Help ourselves here and get to spread it as an act of Kindness and Love.
Help shower it on fellow Human Beings.
Generously.
As Ambrosia.

Shower we must with a smile on our face as: Success with people begin with Love for People.
Why?

What can human beings do that no other living thing can?
--Smile.

A Smile is one of God's special gifts to mankind.
His way of transmitting accepted Ambrosia to others that he loves too.

To succeed with God we need to succeed with People too, to begin with.
Through Smiles: as well accepted Ambrosia.
